Central to JUSTICE Scotland’s mission is bringing a better understanding of good law and legal process to those who make our laws.
We provide briefings for decision makers in Holyrood and Leith which highlight the significant implications of policy initiatives and proposed legislation for civil, criminal and administrative law and practice and for the protection of individual rights.
We are also engaged with the development of emerging law, policy and practice, producing detailed contributions to consultations and inquiries and in response to the policy statements of leading public bodies and departments of the Scottish Government.
