Linklaters Legal Fellow
Daniel is a Linklaters Legal Fellow at JUSTICE.
He has an LLB in Law from the University of Warwick, a BCL in Law from the University of Oxford, and an Immigration and Asylum Senior Caseworker Accreditation from the Law Society of England and Wales.
Daniel’s legal interests include public, comparative, technology, and intellectual property law. He has published a peer-reviewed journal article on post-Brexit copyright law and was a contributor to OpenQuery, a project to create a large language model assistive tool for public authorities to respond with Freedom of Information requests.
Before joining JUSTICE, Daniel worked as an immigration senior caseworker and public law paralegal, working on a variety of asylum cases. He has also actively volunteered in social mobility programmes and mentored first-year undergraduate law students.
