JUSTICE cannot give legal advice nor take on individual legal cases. If you need legal help, the organisations listed below may be able to help find you support.

I’m a survivor of the Home Office Windrush Scandal - can JUSTICE help me navigate the compensation scheme?

Though we are working hard to advocate for every survivor to get free legal help to navigate this complicated scheme, we are sorry to say JUSTICE cannot offer such legal help itself as it cannot take on individual cases. This Pro Bono Committee guide lists free Windrush advice services that may be able to help on p.104.

I’m a Parliamentarian looking to better understand how Parliament works and how to best support my constituents - can JUSTICE help with this?

Yes - click here to read our Law for Lawmakers guide, which demystifies our notoriously complex Parliamentary system. It explains key legal and constitutional principles to help politicians of all parties (and their staff) review new laws, table and write amendments to Bills, support their constituents, and more.
