Damilola Duada

Dami joined JUSTICE in 2025 as Interim Head of Governance and Operations. She oversees governance, compliance and operational management, ensuring effective systems and processes across the organisation.

Before joining JUSTICE, Dami worked as a mathematics teacher in London and Peru, and later in programme delivery roles supporting teachers and school leaders in the education sector. She holds master’s degrees in Engineering and Public Administration.
