Jessica Kaplan is Head of Communications at JUSTICE, where she leads the organisation’s strategic messaging on legal reform and access to justice. She specialises in communicating complex legal and economic issues with clarity and impact. Jessica previously led communications for INET Oxford, a progressive economics think tank, and worked on campaigns for Liberty and across the Labour movement. She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge, where her research focused on the intersections of gender, race, and class in economic thought. Jessica also holds an MA in Political Philosophy and Law from Bristol and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford.
