European Investigation Order

The Council agreed a partial general approach on the European Investigation Order in its meeting on the 9-10 June 2011. This will form the basis of further negotiations with the European Parliament.

JUSTICE has responded in detail to the original initiative and the partial general approach and has submitted briefings for Council and Parliament.
