We are engaged with the development of emerging law, policy and practice, producing detailed contributions to consultations and inquiries and in response to the policy statements of leading public bodies, official and Government Departments in the UK and key institutions in Europe.
This work includes engaging with the scrutiny of the UK’s compliance with its international human rights obligations, providing shadow reports to UN monitoring bodies and special procedures within the areas of our expertise.
