A fundraising lunch for JUSTICE in conjunction with the Foundation for Australia and New Zealand Arts will be held on Thursday 25 October at Spring Restaurant, New Wing Somerset House.
Geoffrey Robertson QC is our guest speaker and will be regaling us with highlights from his various careers in TV, law and literature featured in his recently published autobiography Rather His Own Man. He is expected to reveal the inside stories from his glittering roll call of clients over the years which includes Julian Assange, Salman Rushdie, Václav Havel, George Harrison and the Sex Pistols.
Michelin-starred Australian chef, Skye Gyngell, has created a lovely 3 course lunch menu especially for the occasion which will be paired with fine wines from Australia and New Zealand.
Registration opens at 12.30pm. The event will commence at 12.45pm and conclude at 2.15pm although Geoffrey has kindly agreed to remain afterwards to sign books.
