First JUSTICE International Rule of Law Lecture
In 2006, JUSTICE held two major lectures in Middle Temple Hall to cover issues relating to alleged practices by the United States in its self-proclaimed war against terrorism.
Mary Robinson, former UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and President of Ireland gave the first lecture, at Middle Temple Hall.
The second, Extraordinary rendition – complicity and its consequences, was given by Professor Philippe Sands QC on 15 May 2006, also at Middle Temple Hall.
