Shelagh McCall QC on her work and inspiration

The Chair of JUSTICE Scotland, Shelagh McCall QC, was recently featured as Lawyer of the Week in The Times Scotland. Ms McCall, who is also convener of the Faculty’s Human Rights and Rule of Law Committee speaks about her work at JUSTICE, her hopes, inspiration and what makes a good lawyer.

JUSTICE has also published an interview with Shelagh McCall here on our website, in which she talks about how she began her legal career, her previous work as Appeals Counsel for the UN International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and her involvement with JUSTICE. Ms McCall also gives her advice for students and others who wish to pursue a career in law.
